We started the reeping. Which is when Doña or Mr. Carney draws one of our names to check up on our blogs. Today she picked Nick and Tiffany now we have to check out there last blog. Nick hasn't blogged since the 14th because he doesn't have any internet, and Tiffany didn't blog but she did put pictures up. They're still way better than me because I hardly ever update my blog but I try. That should count for something. Right ?

The House of Prometheus is in third place and that's not good. We need to get it together ! If you're one of the people that has negative points you need to do what you have to do and get your points back. If you need help you should ask one of the seniors from our house to help you. They will be glad to. Another way you can earn some points is doing a couple acts of kindness. One act of kindness is worth 100 points ! That would make a great difference in our overall score. I helped clean most of Mr. Hammer's room today. I swept his floor, organized the desk and put some art materials away. I'm such a nice person :)

Twilight Movie Trip w/ my Family

We saw Twilight: Breaking Dawn Pt.1 at Owings Mills AMC. The movie was great ! I really enjoyed it. I honestly think the book was better though. On certain parts of the movie I wanted to cry just because of how beautiful Edward and Bella's relationship is. And some parts wanted to make me sick (when she first drunk the blood). Yikes ! Well that's enough about Twilight.. Can't wait to see Breaking Dawn Pt.2 next year !

During class we had a discussion on whether our education will be valuable within the next 2 years. Everyone had very good points. Sharee stated that a lot of people succeed without an education and she's absolutely right but wouldn't you rather be smart with money instead of not dumb but uneducated with money. Sure you have to have faith in yourself and all that good stuff but education is the key and not every uneducated person is successful...

So I won't be cheerleading this year. I really wanted to but then again I don't. Tryouts are tomorrow and I didn't go to practice today, so I don't know the dance we have to do... Today was the college fair, I got an application for UMES, and I think I want to join the Air National Guard. It seemed interesting and Mr. Mustipher, Coach Waters, Mr. Sorgho, Coach Trap, Mr. Parker and some Navy guy talked about it. They all said it was a good idea so I really might consider it. I have to talk to my parents first, they might disagree with me, but the recruiter said it wasn't a dangerous job and I wouldn't be in war or anything which is GOOD. I'll keep an open mind...

Cheerleading Maybe...

So today I went the cheerleading practice and learned the new cheers. Well the cheers we need to know for tryouts on Friday. I have most of them but some of them need some work. I had to practice on the sidelines today because I didn't have my athletic permit and my physical. I have to bring those tomorrow. The varsity coach is pretty cool, yet her voice is aggy (no offense). Anyway she said we'll be reviewing the cheers tomorrow and then learning the dance. And Thursday we're doing stunts ! Yayyy ! I love stunts ! Then like I said before Friday is tryout day... Wish me luck !

Varsity Football

At first my day went really well but then after school we all found out some devastating news. The board (or whoever) took our varsity season away from us, all because of one player. He's 19 and too old for high school football. I spoke to almost all the football players after I found out and they were completely heartbroken. I felt so bad and I even cried because to these boys football is their life ! Without it they could be getting in trouble, failing classes or they could even be dropping out of school. Going to the playoffs meant everything to them like getting scholarships to colleges and universities. Hopefully tomorrow this whole thing gets appealed and we can play/beat Overlea on Friday ! I love all my Titans and I hope everything works out ! #ClassOf2012 !

Senior Blackout

Today was senior blackout, all the seniors at NTHS had to wear black. I don't know why but I did to show my Titan spirit. Pep rally was amazing. Its hard to believe that this is our last year of high school. But it really hit me during spirit week. I won't ever have another pep rally, or another mix match day, or even a nerd day and whatever other day spirit week has to offer. It makes me sad when I think about it. Some of the people I see everyday won't ever see me again after graduation. However I am excited about being on my own in a couple months. I know its hard work but everything is and we all get through it.

I got some great news today ! My friend K-La had her baby and she's the cutest ! I feel proud for some reason, maybe because going through labor is NO Joke ! I can't see myself going through it. I mean maybe some day but not any time soon.

I'm feeling a little stressed out because I don't know what to do. Should I stay at Newtown and finish high school, or should I go to Pikesville. Staying at Newtown means I keep a more rigorous schedule. Going to Pikesville means I'm only going to take the classes I need to graduate. I really want to stay at Newtown with my friends and people who are practically family but I'm late to school to often due to traffic or long street lights... I have a lot to think about

Today was everything and more ! I got to see my cousin as you can see, and I got to see my older siblings. I haven't seen them in a while so it meant a lot to me. We went to Dave & Busters and had a blast ! We won prizes, and ate some really good food. The nachos there are to die for. Me and my cousin (Jasmin) went out to a party later on that night and things got a little loco. But since this is for school I'm not going to blog about it.

Today was a good day besides the fact that everyone would not shut up about the Steelers big loss yesterday. I worked on my project for Mr. Taylor's today. We have to advertise a product of our choice. I picked Coach of course, since that's all I wear. In trigonometry we did more angles of triangles using the 6 functions of trigonometry. Which are sine, cosine, tangent, secant, cosecant, and cotangent. I didn't look at my notes not once to tell you those 6 functions, but you probably don't believe since it's me Tiara Morales. But oh well I honestly don't care what people think of me. A little bit of jealousy from someone is always a good thing, it shows you that you are doing something right. Well I'm off to read "A Hope in the Unseen" at the last minute because procrastinate a lot. Adios Bloggers !

Hoping today would be a great day back fired on me when the Steelers lost to the Ravens. I could not believe we lost the first game of the season. 35-7 ! That is ridiculous ! We only made one touchdown and threw 7 interceptions. Troy P. And Ray Rice got into an altercation, but that's expected. Hines Ward also got into an altercation, I'm not sure who it was with. But any who my family and I were very disappointed and on November 6th we hope to see a victory.
